Hassan Omar Badhidhouh
​Hassan Omar is a partner and director of the group. Hassan  has overall responsibility for policy making and management of the organization. Hassan has worked in the field of P&I for the last 30 yeas and has a LLM Master of Law degree from the City University in London. He  has considerable experience of handling of all the P&I matters in the region and led the discussions and the negotiations on the settlement of the large claims in several ports in the region. He has good experience on handling accident and liability, which includes a wide range of problems, stowaways ,crew issues , repatriation of dead crew , cargo wet from leaking ships, to ships sinking, catching fire, hitting other things or each other and a vast range of associated legal or semi-legal disputes.
