Augustine Abraham
Augustine Abraham holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Commerce and in Law. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a Certificant of the Institute of Risk Management.
Before joining Mutual Marine Services Al Mushtaraka, he was employed by United Arab Shipping Company as the Manager- Legal and Risk Management  and on merger with Hapag Lloyd as Senior Manager.  He was a practising Lawyer in India for 7 years before moving to the Middle East. 
His experience includes response to pollution incidents, groundlings, collisions and other casualties. He has extensive experience in vetting of agreements and documents, collection and evaluation of evidence, appointment of surveyors and lawyers, review of reports and opinions,  handling and negotiating of high value claims. ​
