He has a high school education and worked many years in Berbera port as tally foreman and cargo supervisor. He earned a lot by experience to carry our minor casualty investigation and mediations with injured people. He also supervises our cargo operation and collects data for report writing. Carries out small scale surveys and assists in draft surveys. Cooperates with port operations, stevedores and other tally companies. Registers ship movements and works with agents.
