He has a high school education and he's chief tallyman and foreman for organising the tally clerks, cargo sweeping and rebagging operations. He registers trucks, selects the tally people and delivers daily payments to clerks. Organises gate passes and shift works. Cooperates with port operations on work schedule and other duties.
